What the program is

Big Mike's Bail Bonds sends account and case notifications by text message from (561) 556-5516. Messages relate to a bail bond you are involved in as a defendant, an indemnitor (co-signer), or someone who contacted us about one. Typical messages are:

• A link to the bail paperwork you need to review and sign.
• Confirmation that a document was signed or received.
• A court date or check-in reminder.
• A reply from our staff to a question you asked us.

We do not send marketing, promotional or advertising texts on this number.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted — on our contact form, on our online bail application, or verbally when you call or meet with us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase — you can post a bond with us and ask us to reach you only by phone or email.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your case. Most people receive a handful of messages while their paperwork is being completed, and then only occasional reminders before a court date.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message arrives. Because of that, we never rely on a text alone for anything time-critical — if you are waiting on something important, call us.

Privacy
